Vegetable pate
While fasting sometimes you want a sandwich, here I found a good pate. You can take to work for lunch.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

1. To prepare the beans. Any, I did with color. Boil until tender. Skip through Mincer with a fine grid of 2 times or chop with a blender.

2. Sauté the mushrooms, onion and red bell pepper in vegetable oil until tender, salt, pepper. And also grind in a blender along with a few sprigs of greenery and 2 garlic cloves.

3. To the beans add the kikkoman soy sauce, mushrooms, bell pepper.

4. The whole mass mix well, taste add salt and pepper. If you get dry weight, you can add 1 tsp of vegetable oil, but I didn't need it, because the mushrooms I fried in it. 5. Let stand for 10 minutes, and you can smear on bread.
