Salad
Very bright, tasty, and easy vitamin salad! Perfect as a side dish to meat, and a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Watercress

    0.5 coup

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 piece

First prepare the dressing. Do peppers remove seeds, wash and finely chop (I used dry). Garlic skip through the press.

In a bowl fold the pepper, the garlic, add a pinch of sugar, juice of half a lemon and vegetable oil.

Mix well and leave to infuse while preparing a salad

Watercress, wash, dry, remove the stems and a bit to break it on a plate.

Wash tomatoes, cut into slices and place on watercress

Onions cut into thin half-rings and put on the tomatoes. (Luke can put more.)

Cilantro wash, dry, chop and sprinkle on top.

Last sprinkle the finely chopped bell peppers. Before serving the salad add salt to taste, pour dressing and serve.

I cooked portioned in small dishes you can cook in one large and piling his plate.
