Fresh salad with fish and vegetables
Offer you juicy, light and hearty salad boiled on steamed fish, rice and juicy vegetables. Seasoned with lemon and olive oil - perfect for watching your figure.

For the salad I used the rice "bubble MIX" from TM Mistral. Preparation method: pour the mixture into the pan with water in the ratio 1:2 and bring to a boil. Then tightly cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 30-35 minutes, until the rice absorbs all the water. Remove from heat and leave the lid on for 5-10min.

I cooked the rice in a slow cooker, put on top of the bowl for roasting, put the fish, seasoning with salt and olive oil. After 30 minutes, was ready and the fish and rice. Fish can take any to your taste, I have a fillet of silver carp.

Ready dismantle into pieces.

Leaves Chinese cabbage (or lettuce) torn hands, season with salt, lemon juice and olive oil.

The salad decorate as desired greens and serve. Delicious and easy to make a salad. For the end of winter, when so want to have something juicy and fresh and still stay slim is a very decent option for lunch or dinner.
