I want to introduce you with an interesting recipe of salad of wild rice aquatics from "Mistral". Interesting flavor combinations, nutty flavor of wild rice well emphasized, dressing based on olive oil.

Cooking
Products on pictures, in the centre of the famous wild rice. Cherry used frozen, of course fresh is preferable.
Parsley shred, cut onion into thin half-rings.
Fry the onion in a hot pan in a little olive oil to the beautiful glow.
Feta cut into small cubes.
In a small jar mix the ingredients for the filling: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Shake well (I warn you that salt and sugar is completely dissolved).
Rice, wash well and boil according to the instructions on the package.
In a large bowl, combine ingredients for salad, add dressing and gently stir.
The salad is ready, serve.
