Salad with eel and chukkas
Simple in execution the salad with an Asian twist, a great mix of parboiled and wild rice.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Water

    2.5 cup

  • Algae

    200 g

  • Acne

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.2 tsp

Cooking

A Cup of rice and pour into a saucepan, pour 2.5 cups of cold water, potseluem. When the rice boils, diminish the fire, cover it and cook until tender, 35 minutes. The rice should absorb the water.

While cooking the rice, prepare the sauce.

Add in the mayonnaise, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, extruded chesnokodavilku a clove of garlic. Stir until smooth. The sauce is ready.

In cooked rice add olive oil, mix thoroughly. Give the rice to cool.

Eel cut into small pieces.

Collect salad.
