Cooking
A Cup of rice and pour into a saucepan, pour 2.5 cups of cold water, potseluem. When the rice boils, diminish the fire, cover it and cook until tender, 35 minutes. The rice should absorb the water.
While cooking the rice, prepare the sauce.
Add in the mayonnaise, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, extruded chesnokodavilku a clove of garlic. Stir until smooth. The sauce is ready.
In cooked rice add olive oil, mix thoroughly. Give the rice to cool.
Eel cut into small pieces.
Spread on a plate rice ring. In the centre lay cuckoo, on Top lay the pieces of eel and pour the sauce. The salad is ready. Welcome to the table!
