Coffee and coconut candy
These candies have a delicate texture and pronounced coffee-coconut flavor with a hint of alcohol. They are mega-tasty and literally melt in your mouth... impossible to resist! Do not be confused by the presence of oats - she put a bit of felt!

Ingredients

  • Prunes

    15 piece

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    4 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Cardamom

    0.5 tsp

  • Coffee natural

    50 ml

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Alcohol

    40 ml

Cooking

Prunes to soak for 15-20 minutes in alcohol (you can simply boiled in water or juice).

Oatmeal fry in a dry pan until Golden brown. Allow to cool.

To make espresso. In hot coffee, add the brown sugar, vanilla and cardamom, stir well. Allow to cool.

In a blender add the prunes, dry, cereal, cocoa powder, 2 tbsp coconut flakes and cold coffee. Carefully grind until a homogeneous mass. Put in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

From the mass roll into balls and roll them in coconut flakes. Refrigerate for another 15-20 minutes.
