A wonderful dessert for new year tea party. Sponge cake with apples goes well with the cream, and the cake is very soft and gentle taste.

Cooking
To prepare the cake, or rather test, I use cane sugar TM Mistral.
For the test you need to whisk the egg yolks with the two sugars.
Then add soft butter and beat. Add baking powder - beat.
Pour the flour and knead the dough.
Beat egg whites in a solid foam and add to dough.
Form for baking lay baking paper, pour half of the batter. Clean the Apple and cut into small pieces. Apples spread out over the dough.
Apples to cover the remaining batter and put the dish into the oven. Baked Apple sponge cake for about 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
For the cream mix the milk and egg yolk. Warm the mass and add the sugar. Boil on medium heat, the mass should be thick. Turn off and allow to cool.
Then, the mass is whipped with soft butter.
Cooled Korzh cut into 2 parts.
Fluff cream and cover with second part of cake. Cake to completely cover the cream. Flatness is not necessary to achieve, let the cream be uneven, so it also looks nice.
Melt in a water bath chocolate with cream. Decorate the cake with icing. Made of condensed milk to make the flowers and in the middle put the peeled walnuts.
