Vegetable papardelle in Asian style
Simple and easy snack of young vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

  • Parsley

    2 piece

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Vegetables wash, peel. Zucchini and carrots cut with a vegetable peeler into strips.

Pan drizzle with olive oil and heat. Fry the strips over high heat for 1-2 minutes.

Replace the vegetables in the dish, sprinkle with chopped garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Olive oil mixed with lemon juice and water the vegetables.

Cucumber also basically cut into strips and add to vegetables. Mix well and leave for few minutes to infuse.

Coriander, lightly crushed in a mortar and sprinkle them papardelle.
