Cooking
Boil potatoes and make puree out of it. Add grated cheese and mix well. When the potatoes are cool, place the mayonnaise, soy sauce "Kikkoman" and salt to taste. You can add ground black pepper to taste.
It turns out thick, elastic potato mixture.
Do from the resulting mass balls.
Finely chop the parsley and dill. Mix.
RUB on a small grater carrots and beets.
Cheese also grate on a fine grater.
