Warm salad of rice with mushrooms
I offer a warm salad with a mixture of rice Mistral and white fragrant wild and basmati rice Mix. What good is a warm salad many know, can be used as separate dish and as a garnish, and the nutrients are absorbed better.

Ingredients

    200 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Lemon juice

  • Parsley

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Mushrooms cut into thin slices, parsley - finely, onion - half rings, garlic - fairly large chunks.

The rice is washed several times in cold water and boil according to the instructions on the package.

Heat in a pan with olive oil and lightly fry the onion and garlic.

Add mushrooms, herbs, salt and pepper to taste and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Then add to the mushrooms with cinnamon and lemon juice, mix and remove from fire.

Add the mushrooms to the cooked rice and chopped parsley, stirred well, and if necessary, adjust the taste with salt and pepper.

Warm salad is ready. It can be served as a separate dish or as a garnish to the main dish.
