Cooking
Quinoa cover with water, bring to boil, cover and reduce the heat. To cook 15 minutes. Basic quinoa beat with a fork.
Parsley chop. The cherry tomatoes cut into 8 pieces, carrots grate on a big grater. Onion and cucumber cut into cubes.
Olive oil, lemon juice and salt mix in a bowl.
The resulting mixture add the prepared vegetables and mix well.
Add the quinoa and stir again.
