Salad of chicken liver with caramelized apples and plum sauce D arbo
As you know, autumn is the season of ripe apples and plums. Tender chicken liver goes well with caramelized apples and plum sauce d arbo. This salad perfect for autumn a romantic dinner by candlelight. Preparing a salad is pretty quick and easy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Wine white sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Sauce fruit

Cooking

Divide the Apple into 8 pieces, remove the seed pods (the core). Place slices apples in a saucepan, add the sugar, cinnamon stick and wine.

Stirring occasionally, bring to readiness. Pieces of apples should be soft but not overcooked.

Prepare the dressing for leafy green salads. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.

Now it is the turn of chicken liver. Liver wash and clean from streaks, cut in half. In skillet, heat butter. Put the liver and fry both sides until cooked. At the end of frying liver, add salt and pepper to taste.

Ready chicken liver spread on a napkin (to stack the excess fat).

Start assembling the salad. On a plate put the lettuce, pour the prepared dressing.
