Panzanella
This is a wonderful version of the Italian salad with tomatoes and bread, in which there are and sun-dried tomatoes, and Basil and thyme. The smell of greenery will remind you of the past summer and in the house will create a feeling of warmth and coziness.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    100 g

  • Tomato

    450 g

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Black olives

    125 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    50 g

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Parmesan

    25 g

Fresh and sun-dried tomatoes.

1. Bread cut into cubes, pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and bake in the oven at 200C for 5-7 minutes to brown.

2. Onions cut into thin half-rings, sun-dried tomatoes in small pieces. Garlic skip through the press. Pepper and chilli are finely chopped.

3. Fresh tomatoes also cut into small pieces. Basil chopped.

4. Fold bread, dried and fresh tomatoes, garlic, onions, capers, olives, chilli, Basil and thyme in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, pour the remaining vegetable oil and stir.

5. To clean in a cold place for 30 minutes. During this time, the bread will absorb the wonderful taste of vegetable oil, the tomato juice and the aroma of Basil.
