The Chinese cabbage salad with liver and apples
My weakness to liver and cabbage opened a new and a rather unusual combination in a salad. I hope that there are the same connoisseurs who will love this easy and delicious salad. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Black pepper

  • Cranberry

    1 handful

  • Lemon juice

Apples peel and remove the core. Cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening.

Liver wash, dry with paper towels and we shall cut large pieces.

Sent in a preheated with oil pan and fry on both sides until Golden brown, 2-3 minutes.

Cucumber sliced with a peeler into thin strips. Spread on paper towel to remove excess liquid.
