It is the Central Asian cakes which are baked in Mandurah - deep clay ovens. In the absence of such cakes you can bake in very hot oven on a baking stone or baking sheet. Recipe found on the website "SAI 7 info" and slightly changed under.

Cooking
About 50 ml. of water and 1 teaspoon of sugar to dissolve yeast. To give up.
Knead a dough with the milk, honey, salt and risen yeast and flour. Kneading takes a long time. At least 10 minutes.
Then add the rice with the butter (you can also add herbs). The dough will slightly stick to the hands.
The resulting dough cover with a towel and put in a warm place for about 1 hour (should increase approximately in 3 times).
Divide the dough roughly into 12 parts, to form a pellet. Spread on a baking sheet and allow to rise 10-15 minutes. Lubricate with water. Bake in a preheated to 220 degrees oven for 10-15 minutes.
Let cool under a towel. Bon appetit!
