Platte pie
Very quick and tasty cake for Breakfast or for lunch with soup. We liked it and just tea, and the yogurt delicious. Recipe borrowed from Oli-panama, and grateful for such a simple and tasty pie, though a little changed the composition. This is a very old recipe platovsky the Germans – hence the name.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Cumin

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In warm milk add salt, sugar, about 200 g of flour and yeast and mix well. Leave in a warm place to increase in volume.

Then add the vegetable oil and remaining flour.

Knead the dough as for pancakes.

Put about 30 minutes in a warm place to raise.

Put the dough on the baking tray lined with baking paper, and flatten with a spatula. Sprinkle with ground cumin and sesame seeds as desired. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, until the dough is a little approached.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180-200°C.
