Porridge cottage cheese
For those who are watching their figure or have already started getting ready for the summer! A great option for Breakfast or snack!!! Tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Bran

    2 Tbsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    8 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Curd mix with the bran

Prunes and banana cut into small cubes and add to the cream cheese

Proteins whisk with vanilla sugar

Whites gently introduced to the cheese-fruit mixture. Add the butter and stir.

Spread the mixture in the pot. Fill the pots 3/4 full. The mixture will increase in volume, and then settles. I have small pots with a capacity of 0.3 L.

Put into a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Cover do not cover! Served in the pot.
