Salad with celery and bacon
Very tasty, very light and fresh salad. Just a balm for the stomach.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    2 handful

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Bacon

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    8 piece

  • Baton

    4 slice

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Garlic skip through the press, mix with 1 tbsp oil.

Baton cut into thick slices, cut off crust and RUB the garlic mixture into the slices of the loaf.

Slice the baguette cubes, place in a baking tray, lightly drizzle with oil and bake in the oven until Golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.

That's the beauty we get.

Bacon cut into strips and fry in a dry pan until slightly crisp.

Lay out on a paper towel.

Lettuce pick by hand into large pieces.

Celery clean away tough fibers and cut diagonally into thin slices, add to the salad.

Cucumber cut lengthwise into 4 pieces and crosswise into triangles. Place the vegetables in a deep salad bowl.

Slice the green onions into pieces, add to salad. The remaining oil is well mixed with vinegar and water salad.

Add meat and crackers. Easy to stir.

Spread on a flat dish, decorate with cherry halves.
