We all know about the benefits of raw vegetables, some raw, eat rarely (e.g., beets). So I remembered about my favorite salad, a pleasant sweetness infused raisins and prunes. 's get cracking on your health!

  • Cabbage

  • Raisins

    150 cup

  • Walnuts

    0.5 g

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    250 ml

  • Lemon juice

Grate on a grater for Korean carrot carrots and beets. Vegetables should be about the same amount.
