Description
A very mild creamy sauce for spaghetti, I loved it! Cooked very quickly and simply. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user MARICHELLI called "spaghetti Sauce" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
In a pan heat olive oil, fry shrimp in it. Do it quickly, stirring occasionally. I had already peeled cooked frozen shrimp. I fry until evaporation of liquid, it took about 5 minutes approximately. Add pressed garlic and fry for 1 more minute.
Add to pan the wine, stir, bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes without a lid.
Add the cream, stir and simmer 5 minutes. Salt to taste (or add soy sauce to taste). The sauce is ready.
Boil spaghetti recline in a colander.
Serves spaghetti and mix with sauce. Bon appetit!
For the diversity part of the shrimp can be replaced with squid, cut into rings. This time instead of salt I used soy sauce.
