Today I became a scullion 4 levels. Thanks for that favorite site and all cooks. In gratitude I made here is so delicious "Penechki" of chicken liver.

Cooking
I must say that "Penechki" made only for 2 servings, or more precisely, 2 pieces. Rinse and clean away excess chicken liver grind in a blender, add salt, semolina and flour, mix and leave aside while making the filling.
For the filling, I took 1 big champignon and sent in the microwave at 100 Watts for just 1 min, then cut into slices. Boiled egg cut into 4 pieces.
Penechki I've done in the usual plastic Cup. At the bottom of the Cup put 1 tbsp of the liver.
Next, stack the slices of mushroom, and top with 1 tbsp of the liver.
Liver put slices of eggs, again 1 tbsp of the liver.
On liver slices of cheese and finish 1 tbsp of the liver.
Send a drink with the liver in the microwave at 1000 watts for 4 minutes.
Here's how it looks after the microwave.
Daubed "Penechki" with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with chopped dill.
And put in the fruit bowl from the leaves of Chinese cabbage.
