Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    10 piece

  • Quail egg

    10 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. Boiled chicken mince.

2. Cut the stem of mushrooms, finely chop and fry with chopped onion.

3. In forcemeat add the egg, refried with onions mushrooms and renumerate. Salt and pepper to taste.

4.Mushrooms fill the prepared stuffing and lightly press the top. In each mushroom cap on top of the stuffing put in 1 quail egg. Put bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 min.
