Steam cheese souffle with marmalade
Gently, airborne, fast, dieting, and with a low calorie jam - even magically delicious!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

The basis of the recipe - cheese and low-calorie jam, I - D'arbo cherry.

Cheese. vanilla, baking powder, yogurt, semolina and egg yolk to put in a deep container and mix well.

Protein whisk until peaks...

... and gently stir in the cottage cheese.

Grease molds with butter or oil.

Put in each mould a tablespoon of cottage cheese mixture, spread with a spoon, making a hole in the middle.

In deepening put a tea spoon of jam, trying to do without a liquid component.

Put in molds remaining cottage cheese, covering jam. Level ground with a spoon.

Set the ramekins with the soufflé on the grill steamer. I use the slow cooker.

To cook in steamer mode for 15 minutes.

Put the souffle molds on a plate.

... and pour the syrup from the marmalade. It is possible to cool or serve warm - as you like!
