Description
Unusual presentation of an ice-cream cake, just a fabulous treat for children and adults. Aroma of vanilla, the taste of sweet marshmallow with a hint of dark chocolate, faint sourness of yogurt is insanely delicious! Invite for a Cup of coffee, my dear!!!

Cooking
Butter room temperature, mix in the vanilla.
Mix the butter with the biscuits, mix well.
In a bowl stele cling film or paper and spread the mixture evenly buttery biscuits, distributing across the bottom, making bumpers. Put into the fridge.
Cut into pieces, marshmallows, grated lemon zest and gently make chocolate chips.
Mix yolks with vanilla and brown sugar, whisk white.
Continuing to whisk the egg yolks, enter the warm milk.
Put on the heat milk-yolk mixture, much heat but not boil. Add the zest and let cool.
Mixed marshmallows and chocolate chips, stir. Put in freezer for 4-5 hours, stir every hour so the ice cream turned out smooth.
Ice cream spread on the cake in the form of a dome.
For the frosting mix the cream cheese, yogurt and powdered sugar, all beat up and cool.
Pour the glaze again and put into the freezer until it solidifies. Before serving cake, remove the foil and decorate top as desired, or chocolate shavings, or as I melted dark chocolate and dealt a pattern, from above put slices of marshmallow. Bon appétit!
