Ingredients

  • Milk

    110 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Pineapple

    100 g

  • Raisins

    40 g

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Turmeric

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Juice

    1 Tbsp

Prepare the necessary products. Very well for this cake perfect long grain rice from "Mistral".

Water bring to a boil and add the washed rice, boil until fully absorbed water and add heated milk. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until fully absorbed liquid. Check that the rice wasn't raw, if necessary, add more water and cook until tender.

Eggs to mix with sugar, lightly beat with a whisk.

Add washed raisins, pineapples, melted butter. Mix well.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well.

Add some turmeric (not necessarily), it will give a Golden color. Add the cooked rice. Mix well.

Spread in a greased form. Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 30 minutes. Temperature and time should be chosen given the characteristics of your oven.

Allow to cool in the form and flip it on the Board.

The powdered sugar is mixed with syrup from the pineapple, carefully grind, pour this icing our cake. Decorate at will.
