Cooking
Cereal mix with milk in a bowl and set aside. Dried fruits pour boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain the water, dry fruits dry and finely chop. The oven to turn 180 degrees, the form grease with butter. Carrots and pumpkin to RUB on a fine grater. In a large bowl beat the eggs with salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and sour cream, then pour vegetable oil, add cereal, carrots and pumpkin, mix well.
Then add the dried fruit.
Mix flour with soda and baking powder, sift on top. All good stir until smooth, add seeds as desired.
Pour the batter into the pan, bake for 45-50 minutes, check the readiness with a toothpick.
Then a pie to cool on a wire rack.
