Cooking
Fillet of white fish them in a meat grinder.
Pour shrimp with boiling water and leave for a few minutes.

Mix raw egg, the bacon, the minced fish, flour and starch, add salt and mix thoroughly.

In the middle lay the shrimp.
Rolled into a loaf, put on top of thin strips of butter and place into a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
The roll is best to slice when it has cooled, but I broke down and cut it warm.
