Warm millet salad with
For many, the millet - "the familiar stranger". It often is cooked with pumpkin, sometimes added to soup and in this chat with him, usually ends. I love this wholesome corn and cook it often. For example, like this salad.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    2 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Corn

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Put on to cook millet.

Zucchini cut into quarters, peppers into small cubes, mushrooms slices.

For the filling, mix the honey, soy sauce and mustard.

Garlic razdelyaet flat side of a knife, fry for a few seconds in oil, then take out and discarded. Throw in oil, mushrooms, zucchini and pepper, fry a little, until mushrooms become slightly soft (or until desired tenderness, I just don't like very soft mushrooms and vegetables). Add the corn, the millet, if desired, greens. Mix everything together, pour dressing and happily eats while it's still warm:) Tasty, healthy and very vegetarian.
