Salad with buckwheat
Delicious, juicy salad, very bright. At once uplifting and strength.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Avocado

  • Buckwheat

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Take 2 tbsp of green buckwheat will porastem, as indicated on the package.

Finely chop 1/3 of a whole avocado.

Also finely chop bell pepper, add to avocado.

Chop the bunch of parsley.

Add parsley and green buckwheat sprouts to pepper with avocado. Add lemon juice and olive oil. And salt, of course, who needs. Stir, garnish as desired.
