Liver parfait with rosemary and jelly of red currants
Very delicate parfait of chicken liver. Airy, melts in your mouth. Photo did not work!

Ingredients

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

  • Jelly

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken liver

    350 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Finely shinkuem onion and garlic. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and rosemary for 5 minutes or until cooked onions.

I used here is jelly.

Cut chicken liver, after removing film and grease, put in food processor, there also send the cooled browned vegetables, jelly, sour cream and salt.
