Cooking
Beat the yolks with sugar.
About half of the cream to warm (not boil),
A thin stream to enter into the yolk mass. All beat up. On small fire to cook cream and yolk mixture for about 10 minutes, until it begins to thicken (while stirring). Allow to cool slightly.
White chocolate break and melt in a water bath.
Add to the warm cream. Beat with a mixer or mix thoroughly. Mass cool completely.
The remaining whip the cream with sour cream in a thick foam.
Mix with the cooled egg and chocolate mixture. Mix gently.
Berries to sort, wash and dry (I had frozen, I pre-thawed). The cream sort kremanka (glasses) mixed with berries. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours at night. When serving, decorate as desired.
We could not resist and started eating the dessert in 2 hours (but better to stand a little longer).
