Description

Chicken fillet with stuffing
Prepared and eaten quickly. Once our friends came, and I'm in their presence prepared, and when it was delivered and tried, then forgot to take a picture in the section. Did not notice how it was eaten.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    4 piece

  • Pork

    4 slice

  • Cheese

    4 slice

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Chicken fillet wash and dry.

The most thick edge of the fillet make an incision so that the fillet turned, as owner, into 2 halves.

Wrap in a plastic bag and gently beat. (You can plastic bag to put on the hammer, so the meat does not stick.)

Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

ON the edge chop to put a piece of smoked brisket, a plate of mushrooms (I slice mushrooms for richness lay, it is possible and without it).

Then put a piece of cheese, and the whole edge chop brush with beaten egg to frying the edges sealed.

Roll chops in half.

Received stuffed pork chop with two sides roll in flour and then in egg.

Fry both sides on a well heated frying pan in sunflower oil.

Browned the chops then place in a bowl for baking, and put in pre heated oven for 15-20 minutes.

The finished dish spread on a plate with garnish. As a side we had potatoes, baked with garlic and butter.

Decorate. And you can start. And so we did. So much so carried away that I forgot to take a picture of our dish in the section.
