Warm vegetable salad
This salad I tried at a Chinese restaurant, a very simple and uncomplicated, but at the same time tasty. Sometimes I just eat it with bread. Cooks in 15 min.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

To cook vegetables: onions and green bell peppers, wash them well. Wash tomatoes.

All roughly chopped.

In skillet, heat rust. oil, put onions (onions) and fry it for 1-2 minutes until Golden brown on medium heat. Then add the pepper, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes also.

Next, add the tomatoes and green.bow. Salt them a bit, you can optionally add 0.5 tsp of sugar that was not sweet. Simmer for 1 minutes, without covering with a lid. Remove from heat and add soy sauce and vinegar (Apple or wine, if desired, the vinegar can not add). Mix everything carefully.

Our salad is ready! Can be served both hot and cold. Onions and peppers should be slightly crackled.
