Such an unusual combination!
Remove the core of apples with a special knife (if available). Apples cut into narrow rings.
Flour, yolk, salt, beer and vanilla until well blended. Separately vzbit in a cool foam 2 protein and carefully, with a spoon, put in the mixture.
A slice of Apple dipped in dough and place on a well-heated pan with vegetable oil. While the bottom of the Apple is fried, sprinkle the top with almonds. Carefully flip and fry on the almond side. Almonds burn quickly, so watch out!
Arrange the apples on a paper towel to stack fat a little.
Serve piping hot! Andreas Geitl offers generously sprinkle apples with a mixture of cinnamon sugar (the dough is not sweet after all)!
