Cooking
Cookies are very delicious and turns out great. From the quantity of these ingredients get 12 pieces. (I made three portions, and so so many products on the photo)
Butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt mix until smooth and add one egg.
It turns out the liquid mass.
Mix flour, powder, pudding and baking powder and add to egg mixture, add milk and mix everything well. My advice: mix it all with a mixer because the dough is very dense, but sticky to the hands of the stick, and the spoon is very difficult to interfere.
Spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, spoon 12 blobs. They should not be round and smooth, because during baking they will spread and increase.
Send for 20 minutes in oven preheated to 200 degrees.
For icing, mix 200 g of powdered sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Approximately one teaspoon of this glaze we put in a disposable tea bag for freezing, we'll need it to glue ears, and the rest of the frosting add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. It lubricates the rest of the cookies.
Marzipan grind with 40 g icing sugar and roll out not very thin. Roll it better, putting between sheets of baking paper. So it does not stick to the table and the rolling pin.
Cut out ears for the bunnies or flowers for eggs. Marzipan can also be colored. Glue ears and flowers delayed icing (cutting off of the packet) to the cookies.
Chocolate melt in a water bath, placed in a disposable freezer bag, cut the corner and draw the Bunny eyes and whiskers or decorate the eggs in any pattern.
