Puff pockets with sausage and cheese
A light and hearty snack made with puff pastry in a hurry. Not really had time to take pictures, after 5 minutes the plate was empty :-)

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    300 g

  • Cooked sausage

    100 g

  • The processed cheese

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Paprika ground

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

The yolk separated from the protein mix with milk. Protein whip.

Sausage and processed cheese grate on a coarse grater. The onion and pepper finely chop. Add the paprika, mix well. Salt to taste.

Roll the dough, cut into equal squares. The edges of the dough to grease protein, on area to put the stuffing, roll the triangle region to take.

Pockets to shell out on a greased baking tray, top to anoint the yolk. Bake at 200*C for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown.
