Spa-na-Ko.
Like Pete (pie) are doing in many countries, I found this recipe clippings and decided to cook, share.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    400 g

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Flour

  • Sesame

fry the onions in olive oil (until dough is defrosted.

Box thawed dough cut into two rectangles,connect them to length (I made two,not connected) and roll out the dough on the table sprinkled with flour ,into a long and narrow strip.

My spinach,cut off stems,and chop leaves coarsely and place in the frying pan under a cover on slow fire for 3-4 minutes .One frozen ,defrosted and slightly put out.When the spinach will get sun-dried ,remove it from the pan to lightly warm.Mash the feta,mix with spinach,onion,crushed garlic and pine nuts.You can add any favorite herbs.

Spread the mixture on the dough and carefully close the edges (I'm not very neat,sorry).

Don't forget to grease with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
