Dough: In a pan melt margarine, then add flour..
When I roasted the flour, it seemed to me, what happened is drastic, and I added more butter a little bit...

Take the rice... I have it boiled...
Rice mix with chopped onion... add the remaining oil.. from under the fish.. (from frying)
The oven on 200 degrees... ... to Take shape.. abundantly!! grease with vegetable oil... Put part of the test.. a little less than half...
.. On top of the rice-onion mass...
... Then a part of the fish..
Again part of the test (4 tablespoons).. pour cooking brush.. very convenient!!!
Then the remaining part of the rice-onion stuffing.. and fish... More... pour the rest of the test... (forgot to remove)))
Sprinkle with cheese.. and I put the feathers of the bow.. just like this.. then you will understand why)))
Good whisk 1 egg + mayonnaise + sour cream.. (the ingredients did not fit)))
Pour on top of our pie with this filling... Put in oven... bake on the lowest shelf ... or just closer to the bottom (before Browning the top.. I blushed.. as I have.. then.. cover with foil and let stand up!)
