This cake - something completely unique and unusual... he's such an airy and at the same time loose.. it really melts in your mouth... with some unusual pleasant, subtle banana moisture.. the taste of buckwheat flour absolutely is NOT felt. this cupcake is worth it to try ... he's so nice in the morning to drink a Cup of tea or coffee, to great the new day began.

Cooking
Whisk the eggs, sugar, honey and vanilla with a mixer.
Add buckwheat flour and mix carefully with a whisk. Wrap the bowl with the dough with a damp towel and put into a preheated oven at 40C for 25 minutes (during this time the dough takes on a certain crispness)
Peeled bananas grind in a blender into a puree, add whipped cream (dry mixture), milk, butter and a good whisk all with a mixer until nice and creamy splendor
Take out from the oven the buckwheat mixture and carefully combine with the banana, add the baking powder
The form should cover with baking paper, grease with oil, put the dough and send in a preheated 200C oven. (The readiness check with a wooden skewer, I have it baked in about an hour)
