Cooking
The chickpeas soak for a day, boil (I cooked it for 40 minutes) and cool. In a salad bowl pour the chickpeas. Chicken meat to make out the fibers and add to the chickpeas. Onions thinly cut and too - in a salad bowl. Chop tomatoes and bell pepper. Add to the chickpeas. Fry, cool and mushrooms, too - in a salad bowl. Mix well.
All the ingredients for the dressing mix.
Pour the salad and mix. Lettuce to wash and dry. To pick hands and put on a plate, as shown in the photo. at the center of the spread portion of salad
