Cooking
Cherry pour 12 hours in cognac.
Knead biscuit dough. Mixera beat the eggs with sugar.
Continuing to whisk, add remaining ingredients.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, pour in turn into shape.
Bake 2 Korzh (while baby was busy, 2nd burnt :-().
With a sharp knife to cut out each biscuit middle to left bottom and walls.
To prepare the cream. Combine milk, sugar, eggs, cocoa, mix well. Bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Cool, add oil, beat well.
Out of the cakes biscuit crumble.
Add drunken cherries, some juice and 1/3 of the cream, mix well. The remnants of the cream to coat the inside of both boxes of cakes.
Fill biscuit cherry mass.
Spread on top of each other so that the bottom of one cake on top. Remains smear cream.
