Cooking
To the mince add grated on a coarse grater carrots, chopped parsley, eggs, onion, pepper, diced. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stuffing mix thoroughly.
Boil the rice until ready in salted water. Drain in a colander to drain the water. Do not rinse.
In a baking dish and spread the rice. On top of it to put the stuffing.
Tomatoes cut into slices, put on the meat. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese and thyme. To do in several places punctures with a skewer and send in the oven - 160 C. for one hour.
