Pickled cabbage with soy sauce
Cabbage for this recipe a very aromatic and spicy. Cooked very quickly - the next day the cabbage is ready.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    0.333 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    0.333 cup

  • Ginger

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vinegar

    0.333 cup

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

Cooking

Shred cabbage, add salt.

Carrots grate on a grater.

For the marinade mix soy sauce, oil, vinegar, grated ginger, chopped chilli and garlic.

Bring to a boil. Cool.

Cabbage put in a jar and cover with brine.
