Cooking
In a saucepan melt the butter for the cake, break into the hot oil and chocolate, remove from heat and stir until smooth
In the chocolate-butter mixture, add jam, then add the yogurt (you can take yogurt or any kislomolochny) and all thoroughly
Our mixture will be warm from the yoghurt and add the eggs, all well beat
Add all the dry ingredients and again knead
Take any baking dish, with a diameter of about 20-22 ( I have a big 24cm), grease it, pour our dough and put in a preheated 190S the oven for 30-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven and the size of the form - my cake was ready in 30 minutes.
The finished cake remove from oven, let cool slightly and gently put on the dish, though still cools????. Meanwhile make ganache - in a saucepan warm up the butter and milk, melt in the chocolate mixture, add the jam and mix thoroughly all.
Warm the ganache to cover the surface of the cake so that it ran down the sides. Decorate with shavings or whatever your soul☺ Put the pie in a cool place until fully cured ganache.
Brew a fragrant tea, cut cake and enjoy!
