Delicious and delicate tart with grapes for a few minutes. Will handle even the young mistress. Products the most simple and normal, but the cream filling deserves special attention, as not inferior to the expensive mascarpone or rockette. Egg mix with soft butter (100 g) and 2 tbsp sugar.

Pour the flour and knead the dough. Literally will take 2 minutes. The dough manageable, elastic, does not stick to hands. The dough set aside until aside. Make the filling: 3 tbsp sugar, starch, 20 g soft butter, cheese and sour cream until smooth. Beat on high speed of mixer until smooth. Will require depending on the cheese for 3-4 minutes.

The grapes are pre-washed and put in a colander to drain excess water. Roll the dough to the size of the form + on the boards. I have a form in diameter 22 cm made of silicone, so nothing the form does not lubricated. Spread the batter into the pan and pour the filling, with a spoon spread evenly on the form. From top to spread out the grapes and send the tart in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. The finished tart to cool and enjoy with a Cup of coffee.
