Warm spicy salad of barley with carrots, raisins and dates
In this salad a lot of spices and barley?! Something with something, but ventured to prepare and the result is impressed! And what flavor was in the kitchen when I was cooking, fabulous! I guess the smell is in the air on the Eastern bazaars!

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Raisins

    40 g

  • Cards

    4 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Seeds

    2 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    40 g

Cooking

Rinse the barley and boil in salted water.

While cooked cereal, soak the raisins in warm water for 5 minutes, water will leak.

Fry coriander seeds and cumin in a skillet. THE SMELL WAS !!! Then grind in a mortar.

After the spices will podrumyanim pine nuts.

Dates cut into strips and spread with a salad bowl along with raisins, nuts and spices.

Three grated carrot, cut cilantro and parsley also put in a salad bowl.

Of lemon and orange squeeze juice.

Put the hot Parakou cereals to vegetables and dried fruit, dressed with fresh-squeezed juice, and mix well. BON APPETIT!
