Little biscuit cookies with lemon note, and a delicious butter cream. Try it and You will like it!!! For the competition "Silver Line to the delight of the children"

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    9 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Starch

    70 g

  • Lemon

  • Salt

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 pack

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Rum

    10 g

  • Glaze

To prepare the dough, beat egg whites with 2/3 of sugar in a very thick foam to "sustainable peak"

Add the starch to the whipped protein, mix well with a spatula.

RUB the yolks with the remaining sugar to a creamy mass, add the lemon zest and salt, combine with beaten egg whites.

Add the flour and stir gently with a spatula.

Put the biscuit mass into a pastry bag with a nozzle. And quickly squeeze the balls on the lined with paper baking sheet at some distance from each other. Bake in a pre heated oven at 190 degrees for 10-12 min. until lightly brown.

To prepare the filling, beat butter with vanilla sugar until creamy.

Beat the egg, yolks and sugar in a water bath before full dissolution of sugar. Remove from heat, blend again and cool.

To mix egg mixture to butter.

Cut biscuits in half ( I cut), fill with cream and combine together. Put in the refrigerator to freeze.

Lubricate warm apricot jam with addition of rum ( optional ).

And to candy any lipstick or glaze ( chocolate, fruit, butter, etc.) I have poziroval a regular lipstick.
