Cake picked up from a favorite magazine. Perhaps these are on the site, but I decided to show you what I did. A delicious tender cake with bananas and nuts.

Cooking
Separate the yolks from proteins, mix with sugar
Beat the whites to a froth
To the yolks add half of the flour, mix with proteins and to add the remaining flour.
Pre-soaked dried apricots chopped. Walnuts grind. Raisins also pre-soak. Prepare a packet of Mac.
Divide the dough into 4 parts. One can add nuts.
In the fourth - dried apricots.
Form grease with oil, sprinkle with crushed biscuits, pour one portion of dough, bake for 15-20 minutes. To do the same with all the other parts. Before you pour the batter in each I added a soda, slaked vinegar.
These are the cakes I did.
For the cream beat butter with condensed cream
Take the cake (any, my first was with dried apricots), upload the pieces of chopped banana and cover with cream
On top of it the following cake and also banana and cream. And so all 4 layers.
To prepare the frosting. Mix milk, sugar and cocoa, bring to boil, slightly cool, stir in the butter mixture. (forgot to take a picture this process) a Little bit to cool the glaze, pour it on the top crust, arrange bananas and half of nuts. To soak for 20 minutes on the table, and then in the fridge for a few hours.
We did not stay. The children came and we quickly ate it. Is delicious it turned out.
