Cake
The site has a lot of variations of this cake, but, like any housewife, I have my own version - I suggest it to you - well, you might like it!

Ingredients

  • Cognac

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    800 g

  • Vanilla

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Marmalade

    400 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

Cooking

Batter: egg yolks separated from the whites. Proteins whisk in a separate bowl until stiff. Yolks, sugar, vanilla, vegetable oil, baking powder, flour and milk, stir with a mixer and combine with beaten egg whites.

If you wish, you can divide the dough into 2 parts, one add cocoa and bake 2 Korzh. I do so: stir cocoa into one half of the dough and pour into a greased and flour podpylennuyu form - the result is a striped dough

Bake until ready at a temperature of 160 degrees, check the stick.

From the cooled sponge cake cut off the bottom - this will be the base of the cake, the rest cut into diamonds

Cream: sour cream, vanilla and sugar beat with a mixer until thick. The bottom biscuit lubricated cream, sprinkle with chopped jelly, every diamond biscuit dip in the cream and laid slide nicely
