Chicken in cinnamon-milk sauce
Very tasty, tender chicken, with the aroma of cinnamon. I'm not a big fan of cinnamon, prepared with caution, and despite the fact that the scent of cinnamon is clearly expressed - I loved it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    3 piece

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

The chicken should be washed, dried, cut into pieces a La carte. I cut the legs in half. RUB some salt and pepper - to taste.
