Very tasty, tender chicken, with the aroma of cinnamon. I'm not a big fan of cinnamon, prepared with caution, and despite the fact that the scent of cinnamon is clearly expressed - I loved it!

Cooking
The chicken should be washed, dried, cut into pieces a La carte. I cut the legs in half. RUB some salt and pepper - to taste.
Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Onion cut into half rings.
To the chicken in the pan, add the onions and pour all the milk and cinnamon mixture. Bring to a boil, it needs more salt and doperchit - to taste, if necessary.
Cover with a lid and on small fire to simmer 30 minutes.
Serve with any side dish.
